This is a very good company to use when you want to rent the home you want to purchase but need a year or so before you make a purchase. The business is upfront with requirements and expectations and they are supportive when it comes to maintaining the home buying relationship with the tenant. I had a positive renting situation and my purchase was a simple process.

Divvy is a great program. Whenever there was a problem with the property they had friendly knowledgeable vendors come out to do the repair. Purchasing the property was straight forward.
My experience with Divvy is a positive one. The contract tells you what repairs they would cover and the ones they will not. I had major issues arise with plumbing to where the tub and surround were replaced - not one dime came out of my pocket. Any time I had a repair I had a text within minutes and were fixed within days if not urgent but same day if they were. Any problems with maintenance were with the subcontractor if any and not Divvy. Divvy is a great program to help you becoming a home owner. I was able to closed my home before the time they gave me. I had no major issue. The process was straightforward. Thanks again divvy, I am a proud home owner since April 8, 2024.
I wouldn't have been able to purchase my home without Divvy!! They worked with me on payments as well as assisted me during the pandemic! I was in my home for 3 and a half years.
