This is a great program for rent to own. They help you in every way.
It was great way to get into my house but the increase of the payment that happened was a bit ridiculous. Also the lack of being able to reach someone when we needed stuff like maintenance and other things was next to impossible! I had a few things they did great responding too but then they just stopped responding! So I would only recommend this Divvy to someone that’s desperate but it’s not the best rent to own option!
A great program for those who are serious about purchasing a home. From start to finish they were very professional and communicative. Never had any issues as a tenant as far as repairs. Once I started the buy back process they mad everything very smooth and fair! I would definitely recommend!
