Divvy Homes failed to provide essential maintenance repairs, specifically to the HVAC system and plumbing, in violation of Texas landlord–tenant laws and the terms of our contract. Despite multiple notices and documented communication over several months, the HVAC system remained inoperable for over three months. I would leave zero stars if possible. They have yet to return over $9,000 in home savings. When contacting the customer service department I was hung up on multiple times with no resolve.

Divvy helped my family and I reach Flour goals of becoming home owners. I can now ensure my children have a place they can forever call home thanks to divvy. They were helpful with all repairs needing done, saving up and building up our credit and provided us with a beautiful home. Thank you divvy
I would like to thank divvy for opportunity to rent to own. The problems that I have with them is that we pay high rent and the dont want to fixed things. And the other issues is the hoa. I have been living here for two years never received a email about any violations until March of 2025. Now they are trying to charge 50 dollars for something I correct. Now they are trying to say something else to get more money
