Im really happy Divvy was around to help me purchase my first home.Although, I wasnt always in complete understanding of the purchase process and how the down payment applies to the purchase of the home. Ive been pleased with the Divvys operations team. All of my maintenance calls were handled in a timely fashion. I would recommend Divvy to my family friends.

I have had a great experience with Divvy. I began my lease/purchase agreement in 2020 and despite having some health issues and financial hardships I am still hopeful to be able to buy back my home very soon. I have experienced Divvy as doing what they committed to do!

I would not recommend this program to anyone else. My experience with maintenance has been unsatisfactory. The items that were agreed to be fixed prior to move in werent. I have been going back and forth to get them addressed and a month later and they are still not addressed. I put a ticket in for a safety related issue and it was denied. Im beyond frustrated with this process.
