I am currently a divvy home renter and so unsatisfied with this move. they said the home had to be move in ready and not make ready but this home that we're in a year later has been Make Ready ever since the day we got the key. The items that were given to me from divvy homes to correct prior to move in cost me $60,000 and now needless to say my family and I have no place to stay, and with all this on my credit it's even harder to find a place to stay. I went through Divvy to purchase a home and it was a nightmare. The home had a terrible infestation of rats. The house wasn't well constructed so rats came in through weak or open spots of the ceiling and under the house and through the kitchen cabinets. The appraiser just pushed the house through we kept finding issues. The seller lied about having a septic tank which wasn't maintained. We couldn't get water down in our toilet for weeks and had to keep arguing with Divvy before Divvy fixed the issue. We were using the bathr... read more

Divvy staff extremely polite and courteous in their behavior. They immediately get involved, arrange vendor for potential repair.My call to Divvy was late Thursday night, an appointment was scheduled for Monday am. All's well and problem resolved itself without vendor necessity to render repair.

This was a great and worthwhile experience. My income initially was not strong enough to buy but with Divvy, I was was able to save towards purchasing of the home and I just closed on my home.

I had never heard of Divvy prior to living in Ga. and it has been the best thing. I just closed on my home after 2 1/2 years of "leasing" it. From start to finish the loan was approved and closed in 5 weeks. No issues, and as far as maintenance..... some things require a bit more time to resolve but it does get resolved. Divvy has been a gift, I cannot recommend enough!!!
