I lost my home through a "Wrongful Foreclosure". I saw Divvy's commercial. From the time I contacted Divvy, to speaking with a realtor, to selecting a home ( the realtor was extremely helpful in selecting a home for me), to the closing and moving in process. Divvy has been GREAT! Although the first home we considered did not pass Thier inspection, our realtor worked with us to fine a home we love. Each step of the process was thoroughly explained and documented and every question has been answered. Divvy works hard to help you find a quality home that will will not come with any surprise repairs. However, if a surprise repairs is required like the one we needed for the ** unit. Divvy Homes is a certified nightmare that, even months after moving out, I'm still struggling to wakeup from. They have terrible appraisers because MAJOR foundation and water issues were ignored during the purchase process, they use cheap labor to make repairs and they bandaid MAJOR issues just so they can buy time until you purchase. And like many others here, they lack proper communication once they have your money. I have more than $50K saved towards my "equity" downpayment with them and I moved out in April 2023. Divvy Homes Program has worked well for me. I have been living in one of the houses for 18 months. Each time I had a maintenance issue the Maintenance Team resolved the problem immediately. I am very satisfied with Divvy Homes Program and yes recommend it to anyone.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Everyone that works in their customer service uses English as a second language. Theres very poor customer service; their underwriting department is mediocre and they dont understand how customer service works. I was initially pre-qualified, then given the run-around for documents they couldnt use, then I was blamed for not having what they deemed verifiable, then I was denied. How confusing is that?
