Lovely hotel, friendly staff, regular buses to Disney areas - Only left yesterday and ready to go back!
I liked it till housekeeping came in and threw away my bib from the 25th anniversary Marathon I have all my other bibs except for this one I had it sitting on the table not you throw away my memories thanks for running my first marathon accomplishment
You would think being under construction the resort would go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, but this was not the case. When we checked in for our honeymoon, they didn’t give us anything not even a pin. We got the pin from a worker at Disney Springs. Then the transportation was terrible. Other resorts had 3 or 4 buses before ours even came. Management besides the front desk manager was rude. We stayed in the Pirate room. It was beautiful. The beds were so comfy I didn't even want to get up. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Beautiful beautiful place ! Clean rooms.Friendly staff. Comfortable beds ! Plenty of pillows blankets and towels. My only complaint is no microwave in the rooms and when I asked another guest they said they had one that you only had to ask for it.When I asked for one,I was told I had to have a medical necessity to get one ...really what kind of medical necessity is there for a microwave. For 300 a night I think a microwave is not too much to ask
