AMAZING I am very picky with hotels and this was great. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The pull down bed for our toddler was great! Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Could have gone for some thicker pillows but I guess that comes down to preference! The pool was beautiful too and the drinks were strong. Would love to come back some day. The buses were an issue however. It took FORTY minutes for a magic kingdom bus to get there one morning.

Great main pool. Cool theme. Lots of slides for the kids. Kids enjoyed all the activities at the pool. Saw three characters while we were at the pool. Had to drive to the pool. Big TV in room. Liked the sliding doors separating the room and bathroom. Beach view was nice. Lots of construction. Lots of chain linked fences all over. Kids liked all the excavators and all the buildings being torn down. Bacon cheeseburger from food truck was really good. Can't wait to see what it looks like when everything is completed!

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food tent which serves a buffet is good for breakfast but not so good for dinner as tent is very cold and by the time you have sat down your food is cold. We used the food truck or ate at the parks. Had a great time.
We really enjoyed this past weekend when we stayed at Disneys Caribbean Beach Resort. It was a very relaxing and serene environment. We also loved the pool and our Grandaughter LOVED the water slides! We cannot wait to come back here for another weekend getaway! We know it will be even better when they are finished with the renovations.
Very pretty property enjoyed my stay. Got a great deal and the customer service was superb when I had an issue with magic band. Will stay again!
I honestly can't give an honest review at this time due to renovations. The cafeteria is closed along with the arcade and the main guest services area. The alternative was food trucks and a tent buffet which was of course overpriced. The grounds were well kept, room was clean, staff friendly except our maid she had a nasty attitude. Not enough to do compared to other resorts because of main areas under construction. I felt that due to the renovations they should have had discounts.
