The absolute worst resort for Disney transportation!! At other resorts we waited a maximum of twenty minutes per bus no matter where we were going. At Caribbean, we waited almost an hour every time and because of the multiple stops within the resort, the bus would be full by the time it got to us.
Stayed in Trinidad south. Only complaint is the bathroom door latch was awful. A little too crowded but I'm used to the smaller French Quarter in Port Orleans.
just back from an amazing stay at Caribbean beach. lots of work going on but did not affect our enjoyment. fabulous pool kids loved it. food court closed but buffet at breakfast and dinner was fine and snacks available all day. good value for money

Nice room, great pool. They're doing some renovations so the restaurants were all closed. They set up a tent to serve a buffet. The tent was too small for such a large resort and it was cold inside with the fans blowing constantly. Really long lines to get in. Food was ok, except the watered down orange juice. Just nit what i expected from Disney.
I enjoyed the pool here as did my family (8yo,4yo). We ended up staying at the farthest building so we had to drive our car up to the main center town which wasn't bad. The bus drivers were friendly. I usually can request a microwave at a Disney hotel when we stay but they didn't have any like past hotels have. The rooms were very clean and cute. My kids loved the pirate theme. The resort was clean and well maintained. We didn't bother with the food since it's under construction. We enjoyed our stay . I'm giving three stars ... read more
