I love the feel of this resort! The hammock on the beach was an amazing place to relax after a long day at the park. We even saw some fireworks from Epcot. The room was clean and not too far from the buffet and pool. The buffet was decent, but there was a long wait at prime time. We mostly ate early so it was no biggie but I saw some angry guest waiting in long lines when we were leaving. Bus transportation is not reliable in the Aruba area. Noise from construes before 9AM. Limited choices for food due to construction. Could use some better signage. Found flyers from local restaurants inside room on return in the evening.

Staff nice, but the room wasn't properly cleaned and the they put a towel in our room with dried on clumps of lipstick - not ours - totally gross it should have been thrown out before it even made it into a room, then they forgot the ice bag for the bucket n we also had to constantly ask for towels - 5ppl staying in one room 4 of them female we need 8 towels for us alone not to 5 u leave us . But we called for the forgotten ice bucket bags and asked for towels too - got the towels n not the bag - had to wait again - got the ... read more

Had a great time. All I see are reviews from a bunch of cry babies. A few things. Bad water pressure. Bring your own pillows as the ones here are quite awful. Could just use a little more of that Disney magic somehow. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Look forward to the completion of the renovations. We'll be back!

Don't come unless you want to be stuck without your room for 5 hours in the heat. Construction grounds are all over. Noise is over the top. Just got here and would gladly return home. Not what I expected for $6000 vacation.

Rooms are dirty. Even when you tell them to clean they don't. You have to walk an eternity with all your bags to your room. No bell service. No room service. They don't even answer the phone! The pool is across the street. Everything is far from your room. The place looks cheap - dirt and dust - construction everywhere. The people are nice but nice will not give me a magical day when everything else is so horrible. The cost was a total rip off.

Resort was beautiful. Stayed there August 12 thru 17 in Martinique 2523. Drink refill was right around the corner as well as the snacks. Quiet pool was quiet and the large pool was fun. Absolutely no construction noise at all! We only we're woken up twice by the sound of leaf blowers at 7:30am. Busses we're mostly all on time and the food accommodation they made was actually good. I would put zero if i could. Staff was the worst and rudest i ever met. The water in hotel would not work and all they said was take a bus and shower and use bathroom at the pool. Front desk workers were laughing about the situation and could care less i will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. Ruined my trip.
