I stayed here for a week. Housekeeping was ridiculous, they cleaned my room 2 times. If you are not out of the room when they come by, your room won't get cleaned that day. The food was nasty. Only eat at the food truck, the food there is decent. Pretty much every person that worked there was rude and just had horrible customer service. The lady at the front desk was completely disrespectful to my parents. She got loud and another clerk had to come and intervene. DO NOT STAY HERE! The Resort is run down. We stayed in Southern Trinidad and the construction didn't impact us until we went to the pool and even then it was minimal. Maybe we didn't maximize our usage of the resort, but we barely noticed it. This resort is a pain if you get a second floor room and have small kids, strollers, or have mobility issues. I accepted the room, so no complaints. Just be aware. Our area was really quiet and relaxing. There was a "private" and community pool area which was nice. First of all check in was quick and easy. Room was ready when we arrived. We stayed in one of the pirate themed rooms, kids absolutley loved it. very clean and the staff was Awesome!! I will Definitely be going back. Disney is currently upgrading the resort which I think is Great, and can't wait to see the changes they have made. The only thing i will say is that they should definitely consider putting a microwave in every room or one on each floor, as food is pricey and when you have a large family it would be nice to have ... read more

My two children and i stayed at Trinidad South and absolutely loved it. Our pirate theme room was great � only compliant i have is there was no microwave in room which sucked cause i had to throw away food after ordering $85 dollars worth of room service � but overall we had a blast at the pool and dancing with the live entertainment. Can't wait to start planning our next trip ��

Although I'm a season pass holder this is my first stay at this resort. I knew there was construction going on here so it takes away from the experience. I would love to see this place when it finished instead of eating my meals in a tent. Never the less this resort is beautiful and the rooms are very nice.

We were not told at the time of booking that there were renovations going on. The main hub where the pool and restaurant is was closed. Yes they did have food trucks but really, you expect something better then that. I also killed five spiders and five earwigs. Four of the spiders were found in the bathroom, and one of them had babies on her back so when I hit it they jumped everywhere. The fifth spider was found underneath the spare bed crawling around. Despite the construction and absence of the food court, which is why we booked here last November, our stay was very pleasant but got tired of the same items on the buffet over the course of a week. Decided to stay here for something new, not sure if we would stay here the next time or return to Riverside.

Just got back from Caribbean Beach Resort & we loved it!! We knew about the renovations when we booked and hardly noticed them at all in Aruba! Our teenagers enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings along with the pools and the drink stations! Resort was close to all parks and the Murphy bed was perfect for our 10 year old!! AC was nice and cold in our room and the food tent. The front desk staff was wonderful!! Thank you!!! We will be back!!
