We are staying here at the moment & couldn't be happier. The Disney service is second to none & we feel completely looked afer & made so welcome. Yes there is construction issues but for us it is no problem atall. We are situated in Aruba. We couldn't have wished for a better location. We are seconds away from the island market & drinks machine, a minute walk to our quite pool & beach. Me and my husband booked this through Virgin holidays for our honeymoon. We got a great deal which included the Dining Plan and $200 disney gift card along with the memory maker. We were looking forward to it as the pictures looked really nice. We got an email a few months before our stay explaining there was some building work but it wouldn't affect our stay and they offered us $1050 Disney gify card as a way of compensation. The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and they made it possible for us to be able to stay at the resort so we could spend the time with our family that was their visiting out from out of state. Words can not express my gratitude. They made a dream come true!
Transportation sucks. Practically have to ride a bus to the themed pool, restaurants and bar. Bell Hop (Elsa) was just plain rude and then they didn’t deliver our baggage until well after we were in bed and they forgot my CPAP bag. Going back to Beach Club next time. Update, raised my score from 1 star to 3. Transportation is ok to parks, still sucks internally (long waits for bus for short ride). Found out when we got here it was under construction- only food was a mediocre buffet and a food truck. Drinks- one bar in a truck - wine was yuk� no help finding room or with luggage and no elevator in building. On the plus- great live music last night and friendly people work here and room is good. Shout out to Julia at food tent- she was very helpful explaining the new system here at Disney and had park tips for us.�

I love the Caribbean Beach Resort. I didn't realize it was under such heavy construction. It was fine for one night but I'd really be upset if I was there for a longer stay. No doubt, it will be outstanding when it is finished and hopefully, I'll get a chance to revisit. The food court and main building are not open. Food was in a make-shift tent trailer. Last day/night of our 5 days stay to come back to our room and see.. Housecleaning Threw Away our Bag we had put up w dirty clothes.. Only to be scolded by management that I should've kept them in my suitcase w our clean clothes, and not on the floor in the bag Next to the suitcase same place it's been since Sunday... I am so MAD... Followed by... Well we will have them look around tomorrow... to see if it was thrown out... � Terrible Terrible Customer Service. And I'm a repeat customer.. Until now!
This place is terrible. Construction right outside of our door has been waking us up at 7:30AM. This is very frustrating.
