UPDATE: We received a message 5+ hours after the water had been out that we "may experience a water outage". Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We have been without water, use of the bathrooms and given the run around for over 3 hours. All front desk was willing to do was give us a $75 credit. We understood there would be construction, but were given no warning about the water being shut off. We paid well over $3000 to stay here and this is completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time. First time here and the resort is beautiful. Easy access to bus stops and food. Great entertainment for the kids such a relaxing resort

It was great except for the food service which was under construction, Disney could have done a better job . The food wasn't as good as it should have been for the prices they were charging.

We've stayed multiple times at CBR and really do love it. We had a few hiccups during our last stay involving our Amazon Now order but the front desk eventually located our order. We most definitely will stay again once the construction is finished!

Room was good size clean and well equipped. We where here during the hurricane and the whole Disney organisation where awesome. The best example of good customer service. Will in future only stay at a Disney Hotel when we return which we do most years, why wouldn't we. Highly recommend this location for young families as caters for the children. Even though major refurb taking place I was still very impressed which is not an easy thing to achieve ask Virgin Holidays.

Just stayed here for 11 days and we couldnt have been happier x despite the minor problem of the toilet not flushing first day carribean beach staff were quick to correct this x the pirate room in trinidad south was a big hit for my 2 year old son who liked pretending to steer the ship bed x really friendly staff who made the hotel stay enjoyable inbetween the parks. The resort was nice. My only complaint would be the buses. There were times when we had to call to request a bus AND there were times when the bus arrived at the bus stop and no one could tell where the final destination was, because it wasn't displayed. Several of us almost missed the bus to the park, because the driver forgot to change the screen to show where the bus was going. Very nice resort, but we wouldn't stay there again.
