We stayed there in 2013, and we LOVED it! They are doing renovations when we will be visiting in October, otherwise we would be staying there again probably. Customer service was amazing and we LOVED the food at the on site restaurant. The food court food was to be expected for a Disney quick service meal. Loved the pool and the theme!

Got in on a passhokder special then because of the cobstruction got a $75 gift card. Pirate themed room was great. Double sink vanity was awesome especially travelling with a female. Make up mirror too. Great experience all around
Staff were incredible. There's a lot of construction going on, which makes getting around a little inconvenient. Lovely resort!
Great place to stay. Very clean. Staff went WAY OUT OF THR WAY to help (needed a roll a way bed, they went to a different resort and brought it to us!!!) five star!

We arrived on 5/10/18. I was worried after reading so many negative reviews regarding construction. I booked prior to hearing about it. Construction has not affected us what so ever. We are right off the water, which has a beautiful sanded area to lounge in. A pool, grill, bar, and laundry facility are a very short walking distance. The food and service is amazing. Would definitely recommend this resort and stay here again.
