Sitting in line at Magic Kingdom waiting for the bus to come pick us up. We have spent (wasted) about 3-4 hours of park time today waiting on the complementary buses. Seems like now that you can pay for the Express service they are leaving regular customers for much longer wait times. Not a good experience, This has been our go to hotel but it seems the customer is not the priority any more. Beautiful property and wil be nice once construction is finished. CMs are great as usual. Get the bus situation fixed and we might come... read more

We stayed June 11th-17th. We stayed in Trinidad North and was very pleased with our room. We knew going into it there would be construction. We never seen any of it except for when we were on the bus. We had a beautiful view and close proximity to the pool and the buffet. It was our first time as family of 5 to Disney. Honestly I wished we had stayed longer at the resort to enjoy the place. The gift card was a nice bonus for us as we never paid a dime for survivors!!! I can't wait to return in a couple of years to see everyt... read more

Because of the construction you are limited to the dining. they have food trucks with very limited choices for breakfast and lunch they have an expensive buffet not everyone wants to eat out of a Buffett especially when you have kids that don't eat much The rooms are small and smell like mildew. Very disappointed.

The room was super simple and not worth it to us. The busses took forever it was very unfortunate because last year we stayed at wilderness lodge and that was stunning even under construction

Food options are limited while renovating continues. Great location with ease of access to all the parks. Met with a care package at the time of check in. Responded to needs quickly.

The hotel is going through renovations and even though it was mentioned at the time of booking, I did not expect to eat at a "plastic pavilion". Also, the water pressure is very low and sometimes there was no hot water. The food choices are very limited. The scenery is beautiful and full of exotic trees and flowers, but that's about it. There are other nicer resorts like the Coronado Springs with better service and accommodations, will not be returning to this one.
