This is by far one of our favorite resorts. We love that each building has its own bus stop. You truly feel like you are in the Caribbean!!
Very nice property, but I'm disappointed with the service. Booked this trip for my boyfriend's birthday and twice I've been promised birthday balloons in the room: once when I booked & this morning when I called the front desk. The balloons never came and we check out tmrw. I know it's a small gesture, but it would have made him feel a little more special. I've also never had an issue getting late check out and we were denied that option. Not your usual Disney service.
Despite the construction going in, our stay was wonderful. We had a beautiful corner room with Murphy bed in Aruba. The walk to the main pool and dining was minimal. The temporary food tent was great. Overall and amazing experience, we'll definitely be back.
A great hotel, close to Disney Springs about 5 mins, 5 mins to Hollywood Studios, 15 mins to Epcot and also right next to I4 too as in 20 mins to International Drive, Universal Studios, Sea World ect. I have stayed at many of the Disney hotels but this beats them as you are at the heart of Disney World 🌎
Refurbished room is very comfortable. Layout of facility ensures a quiet stay. Enjoyed the main pool area and even though there are limited options due to construction the resort is very accommodating. They had even set up a small market in the Jamaica bungalow area for grab and go needs.
The staff was awesome! Always very friendly and accommodating. This resort is way too spread out, takes forever to get anywhere on property whether by walking or bus. Bus transportation wait too long. It could easily take an hour with the wait time to get anywhere. Poor dining options and room service too over an hour to get! Will not stay here again! Staff is the only reason for the 3 stars!!

So impressed by the beauty and relaxing atmosphere. Our daughter got a bit of stomach flu and their manager allowed us a later checkout time, he brought us Tylenol, and plenty of extra towels. Superb care by all of the wonderful staff. Thank you!
