My second stay here! Aruba and Trinidad South were lovely! Bus transportation and services were seamless!!
The grounds are beautiful. the construction puts a damper on the sites, but it still looks great. the refurbished rooms are also nice. the pool areas are great and a lot of fun. biggest issue are the bus rides. there's at least 5 stops just in the resort. you can get on a bus and it'll be 15-20 minutes before you actually head out to where you're going.
Even with construction going on we loved the resort, the food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the kids LOVED the pools, and we all loved the cleaning people. That may sound strange but everyday the kids got a kick out of seeing how they would place their stuffed animals that day. Each day when we got back they were placed somewhere new and in a new pose. It was adorable! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!
We’ve loved the multiple bus stop areas instead of having to walk all the way to the main building! Plus the mini shops and coke refill stations throughout the resort as well instead of having to walk to main building!
Everything was amazing I only stayed here two nights for my birthday my room was far from the construction and right in front of the bus stop I was lucky the only reason I’m giving it four stars is because house keeping would knock around 9 in the morning on my door when my boyfriend and I are trying to sleep in I put the do not disturb sign and they still kept knocking �
This has been the worst stay my family has ever had at Disney. This is our fourth trip. If you have a child with Autism or any other disability that they can’t handle waiting for things do not stay here. My son had meltdowns two mornings in a row waiting over an hour to an hour and a half for the buses to pick us up. He never recovered from this throughout the day and made our trip a nightmare for us. This could have been avoided if they had a better busing system set up.
