It was very well manicured, well lit and had many activities for kids of all ages.
Under a large amount of construction. No gift shop, no restaurants just food trucks and a temporary eatery with cold hotdogs. Shuttles take forever and you can tell the employees are done with it all. Glad we just did a visit for the day. I would not stay here until all is complete.
CMS are very helpful - it’s the bus system that needs to be reviewed. It is horrible!!
Not very sastisfied with our stay food was horrible experience just was not good.. will be first and last time we choose this resort.
Had a fantastic time and compensated by virgin for the inconvenience caused by the building work. Which we never hard .will be going back when the renovations are finished
Thisis NOT the worst resort we have stayed at; yes, the rooms are quite basic and, during renovations, the buffet is in a temporary tent. The latter is less than ideal. We tried to eat at other resorts or at the Parks whenever possible. But the pool is fabulous and the grounds are gorgeous: lots of trees and lagoons. Our grandchildren loved the huge pool area and its many amenities. The price for staying at this Resort during construction has been reduced.
It is in the middle of a big renovation but I felt like the resort is doing the best it can with what it has. My family all agrees we did not feel like we missed out in anything and from the concept pictures it looks like it's going to be a beautiful place when it is finished. Thank you for the wonderful memories!
We had a great stay. The construction was an inconvenience due to the fact that we had to walk around old port royale to get into it. We were never woken up by noise from the construction sites. People were great as always. Stacy and mike, the bartenders at the banana cabana were highlights of our trip. No complaints with food but we only had a handful of light breakfasts and one lunch.
