It's overpriced to be sure, but you know that coming in. $150 for eggs and bacon in a premium resort. "But there are characters!" Yeah, characters making a shade above minimum wage and no real reason for it. The construction wasn't a problem for us, though. Other than the fact that we were supposed to have refillable cups for those crazy coke machines with just about all the flavors under the sun. We found two of those machines. We love it here! My family has come every other year since I was 8(I am now 30) and every year but one we stayed at the Caribbean Beach. We strayed one year and it wasn't the same so we came back. This year we came with 4 kids and 2 husbands added and it was still perfect. We love that every area has its own pool, makes for some peacefulness at the pool. The games at the main pool are great for the kids and keep them occupied for hours! We love being able to walk around and enjoy the scenery, it's beautiful here!
Our Room was great and all staff was helpful . The Buffett was not what I expected, the same thing everyday abd Ali it keeps over priced. As a whole was very nice. I did see some of the. Restoration, but very little . I will stay here again in the future.
Beautiful resort! Would definitely come back. Loved the island feel. Only issue was the center was closed for construction so food choices were very limited. Luckily I had my car so we ate off premises. Bet it's going to be even more beautiful once construction is done.
We loved this hotel! Even with all of the construction going on, it still felt relaxing and peaceful! The staff was amazing. We will definitely stay there again '
Aside from the worker falling asleep in the women's restroom and my daughter thinkin she was dead....the pool is great and the activit people are amazing! We just got a standard room so it was a bit small but who spends time in the room aside from sleeping!
It was no different than a value except for a few decorative touches! We were not in a clean room and the air didn't work. Housekeeping came to give us clean linens at 1030pm. And maintenance came to work on air then also, it never got cool! The bathtub ledge was dirty, appeared to have not been wiped off in months. It was one thing after another!
