I can't say enough about the hotel and staff here. We came over to evacuate from the hurricane. They offered complete meals with sub, chips, cookie, granola bar, fruit and bottled water for $6.00. When I wanted to extend my stay they offered me the bounce back price of 40% off. They all been incredibly kind. The room is gorgeous. Even though there are 4 of us here I don't feel boxed in. Good amount if space. Great job Disney.
Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel e a limpeza dos quartos! O telefone parace que não limpam a anos! As toalhas não trocam! Ficam acumuladas por dias! O buffet de café da manhã e almoço é mto ruim com poucas opções de comidas! Sempre as mesmas comidas todos os dias! Precisa melhorar bastante!
We just returned from a 4 night stay at CBR last week. We stayed here because it was what was available for us using the Free Dining Promotion. This was our first trip as a family to Disney with our 10, 8, 5 and 11 month old. We were blown away. We used online check in and our room was ready by noon, before we even got to the resort. Sinceramente nada q ver al año 2015... este año tal vez por la remodelación no fue tan buena la estadía ... el encargado de comedor del turno mañana muy mala onda!!! (Era de Miami y si no el Equivocó se llama Kevin)
