Great resort. I knew it was under construction. The gift card was a very nice touch. What wasn't so great is that I was there for 3 nights & there was no housekeeping service until the last day. Oh, and this is kind of funny, they brought me a gift bad of snacks on the last day. Because it was delivered so late, I found it 14 hours before I left. There for 3 days & lots of snacks show up before I go to bed on my last night. Poor planning.
Have had such an amazing holiday. Caribbean beach resort was fantastic! Would definately stay again! Construction work has not caused us any inconvenience at all. Thank you for a great holiday ��

Everything within easy walking distance. Main pool is great and the small pool in each area is just as good. Variety of foods can't be faulted and plenty for the kids to do and films to see in the evening. All in all just a great place to be.

Unfriendly staff The maid covered my suitcase with the bed sheets.(have pictures).
They are doing major renovations ...The resteraunt is in a tent and they have a truck for snacks we are so far away from the front desk you have to wait for an internal bus to get there do not stay here if you want water you have to walk a mile/ soda/ seltzer they have these little make shift stores so if you bought the package where you can fill up in water /soda you have to walk a very long way si the only thing you get is coffee free the test is just a pain in thr ass for the money I spent ridiculous yeah they give you a ... read more
Just came home from my third visit to Caribbean Beach! This time we stayed in Jamaica and as always, we had a wonderful time! The hotel truly gives you a Caribbean vibe. Wonderful hotel and cast members!
