It was up to our expectations knowing that they were under renovation process . And we only stayed one night so we did not get to the pool however the bus was very convenient . The staff was very friendly too😋

As long as there was a comfortable room to sleep in after a long day at the park, I could live with the minor inconveniences. I'm not one to complain. After all we are at Disney!!!
Clean rooms and great service downfall was not convenient with kids and there was a lot of construction the main house was closed. The pool was the highlight it was great.
First time staying here and I must say it was a wonderful experience even with the construction going on. Went to eat and honestly expected much less but was blown away by the good food being served as it was. We will def be back!
Well, we were told the resort was under renovations. That's an understatement.. It would have been nice to have been informed of the demolition going on. We would have stayed somewhere else. The food court is not open. They have a food tent set up with a buffet. I am on a limited diet paid 20.00 for food i could not eat. They told us there was food trucks. The resort itself has nice rooms and pools. Most of the staff has been good aside from a couple who don't have a clue what they are doing. The resort is currently under construction so I can't speak for the normal restaurant but the Buffet they currently offer is awful! I've had many buffets so I know what to expect but this overpriced $21 buffet with a limited selection was not tasty at all. Why would a resort offer the same small selection EVERYDAY??! So beautiful and peaceful-and the staff for the Pirates Adventure were the best!!!
Love this resort! They are remodeling but it hasn't effected us at all. Everyone is trying so hard to make the inconvenience a non issue. Really happy we booked here.
