Well I was excited to try out Dish Network. The tech went through my wallet and stole the rent money I just got to deposit. 500 bucks to try out Dish. I was the only one home all day and I wont even get a call back for 3 days. I am disabled and can't work so this hurts a lot.

Honestly just hate the fact that Dish has yet to add Fox Sports AZ back as a channel. This is the best year the Phoenix Suns have had in over a decade, and I haven’t been able to watch one game. If you all bring back this channel I’ll take this review down and the a fat ol 5 star your way:)

Rotten - straight up rotten - after 6+ years it was time to renew, so I "locked in" my price for an additional 24 months - I was assured my bill would be the EXACT same for the duration of the contract - now it is 3 months later, and it went up around 6 bucks - I called to ask why, and a lady said some promo on my account had expired and she would put e on hold and take care of it - put on hold twice, and then informed me she could not and offered to connect me to someone else - classic spin off - waited for another endless ... read more

I called to research the current "new customer" rates from Dish Network. I was told that I needed to give personal information in order to determine "best price". I was asked for my Social Security number for a credit review, I asked if this would be an inquiry on my credit and told NO IT WOULD NOT, it did show as an inquiry. The agent obviously was using deceptive means to acquire new business.

Dish Network charges you for protection of components, then when you call customer service because you need to replace a controller that is over 10 years old they will not do it. They also send the bill to you 2 days before it's due! The programming also is BAD, mostly channels that sell things instead of Movies or TV Shows. Also there are 5 minutes of commercials to 4.5 minutes of most TV shows.

Let me start by saying I've been a loyal customer since 2011. Over the summer of 2017 I had a really hard time getting my service to work. After multiple hours spent with over 3 technicians that had to come out to my house. Over 12 hours spent combined to get it fixed and at least 5 phone calls. I finally got it resolved by having a corporate engineer personally working on my issue. Never do business with dish network, they will lie , charged me $140 for early termination and i did not sign a contract. Had dish for 2 years and then bill went sky high, was going to cancel and customer service rep offered deal to cut cost so i continued with then, canceled about 10 months later and now they want to charge me, also i have to pay to ship them their equipment!!!!!!!!

Avoid this business at all costs. Poor customer service, misleading programming resolutions, unfulfilled promises to customers. There is a reason I’m willing to pay $280 just to distance myself from this terrible company. Learn from my mistake and avoid this business at all costs.
I'm very disappointed with Dish Network!! I'm a 25 year customer and I decided to upgrade my system and so I set up appointment for a tech to do the install. They gave me the option of two for our Windows 8 a.m. to noon or noon to 4 p.m. I selected 8 a.m. and noon and at 7:30 A M I received a text message stating they would not be showing up until sometime between 2 and 3:30 p.m.!
