Dish does NOT keep the agreements they make. The Price promised is not the price honored. Trying to get issues resolved take half of a day and transfers to multiple people that placate, and cant fix anything. They do not honor the pricing and details promised to keep us as customers. WE have been customers for 18 years!!!! I am so sorry we continue to give our hard earned money to DISH.

Very disappointing experience with a company who cares nothing about its customers. My husband has ALS and had a very difficult time, not only with the controls, but with the operation itself. It was very confusing and frustrating for him. He tried for a couple of week and became more and more frustrated. They didn’t care one iota. Still charged us $468 to disconnect. Not willing to talk about it at all. Hard lesson learned.

Dish is going to disconnect us without a written notice. Even though they were paid TWICE in November and we risk losing our home just to pay dish. But apparently that's not good enough for them. Plus the customer service is absolutely terrible!

Samsung has a contract with Dish Network to fix their appliances and THE TECH PEOPLE THAT CAME TO FIX IT DONE A 100% GOOD JOB and FIX THE PROBLEM , HOWEVER THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE, MY FIRST REPAIR BACK ON JULY9TH THEY CHARGED DOUBLE ON FEES AND HAD TO REFUND ME BACK MY FUNDS AND NOW MY SECOND REPAIR IS NEEDED I CALLED AND SETUP SERVICE WITH NEW PYMT CARD FOR THEM TO USE AND THEY DIDNT USE THE NEW CARD INFO AND USED MY OLD CARD UNAUTHROIZED AND NOW CAUSED ME FEES AND MORE PROBLEMS WITH BANKS !!!! My daughter just got DISH installed , the IDIOT put it in her Horse pasture she told him not to and he did anyway and told her they would be out in the spring to bury the line.... 1 the ground is not frozen 2 he needed to fix it . 3 Dish said they would not come back out unless they paid more ! W T F kind of business is this ........this happened in INDIANA !

Dishnet: Had them for 15yrs, they took fox out but still charge us has if we’re still getting it. They hopper stinks for recording. My husband a huge giant fan, can’t get the game at all, or two of our shows the resident and 911. I live in a area where I can get cable. They change us 147$, they don’t give anything to Long term customers. I don’t have 2000$ to run a line from a pole at half way mark to street. We’re lock into a 2 year contact and can’t wait for it to end.

Worst customer service I have ever received. They remove channels that you signed up for because they are in a dispute with. But don’t offer any resolution or refund to your account for the missing channels. I got dish primarily to watch the Spurs games on fox sports southwest. Now I miss every game because dish removes it . You have to threaten to go to ****** ** before they offer you credit. Horrible customer service.. would not recommend them to a blind seeing eye dog much less a human being .

I signed on with Dish Network in August 2019. Upon signing up I was promised that if I selected a higher package I would receive a $100 gift card. So of course I chose the higher cost package in order to receive the gift card promised. So here it is 4 months later, no gift card. Unbelievable hold times for support, chat support the same. Known problem with personal guides freezing since the day I started my service.you cannot create a personal guide with the channels you want, if you do, it constantly freezes.dish is non responsive to complaints, problem has been ongoing for many weeks.
