My income took a dramatic impact from COVID-19 and I had to make choices on my outgoing expenses. Dish was on the non-essential list so I was forced to discontinue my service with them. Yes, I am still under contract with them (7 months remaining), and I couldn't afford to "pause" for $5.99/mo with them. So I was hoping that they would work with me in these unprecedented times. I think that the Dish network prey on out elderly an trick them out of their money as they did to my 71 year old mother. They told her to pay an old bill an they would restore service then when she called back to check about her service they told her they wasn't going to provide her with service after they took her money! Dish network is horrible!!

technician showed up to connect service for Dish. Not wearing gloves or mask, coughing and touching everything. how ironic since i received a prior call from Dish stating if anyone in home was ill to reschedule. This technician should be fired - absolutely unacceptable and ignorant considering - DISH cares about no one - idiots!!!!!

Buyer beware! Dish Network is deceiving and misleading. They promise expanded viewing options only to find out they are in dispute with many channel networks over pricing including local sporting channels they promote they have and don't. The consumer then finds themselves locked into a 2 year commitment with stiff cancellation penalties and can't even watch your local sports teams or other channels they promised. "dish" says their customers helping during the pandemic! ARE YOU SERIOUS I put mine of pause because I lost my job and then when I unpaused because sitting at home sucks with no tv AND THEY RAISED MY RATE, if this is called help the government needs to step in. been a loyal customer for years with no issues with payments and to do this during a national pandemic is just wrong!!! when I paused the agent told me 2-3 times when I call in they could at that time get me back on the same price, and insisted that they do it all the... read more

DONT USE DISH NETWORK INTERNET -I called multiple times to see if I can up my GB and was told I would be fine working from home and that if I used all my GB for the month that my speed will slow down slightly-- when I kept getting kicked off because I was coming close to my max limit for the month I called them and they told me that I needed to ACCOMENDATE better for this situation... REALLY - they really wanted me to buy another 1 GB for addlt 10.00 so I could easily spend addtl $100-$300 more a week to dish---when dish sho... read more

Dish Network is the biggest RIP OFF!! This company does not care about it's customers at all! Their service doesn't work half the time and they never come and fix it!

I gave a 2 Stars only because the installer was awesome By far it is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They're charging me for a silver plan which I never asked for but they claim they sent me an email that I had to send back not to get it?? I wished I read the other reviews before I went with Dish. They are definitely Liars and they put you on the phone with all I can call is a bully method to try and scare you enter paying for something you never wanted. DISH Network bills my credit card account monthly. For 10 consecutive months in 2019, they charged me $84.02/month. In January, 2020, they charged me $81.83. In February, 2020, my bill increased to $97.67. In March, 2020, my bil increased to $103.66. I have been unable to reach a live person at DISH to obtain an explanation for these increased charges unless I am willing to remain "on hold" for 59 minutes or longer. I never receive an itemized statement. Please help. Thank you.
