I have been calling and chatting with Dish reps for 5 months since they pulled the plug on all local sports teams in Chicago. Their reps speak from a script Dish provides them, and refuse to answer legitimate questions, like, you say you negotiating with the programming provider, when was the last negotiating session? I am extremely upset with Dish Network. I called on, February 14, 2020, to ask about the services. I was quoted a price for a internet and satellite package. Resulted I called the next day to ask about my order i was not given what i.was promised. I feel that this is a scam! So mas at this company for making me waste my time!
a week ago i ordered the dish tailgater package from dish network. they could not get my shipping address accepted by their system, but assured me they would change it after the order was put in. now i find out that they left the wrong address on the order. this is an address that i have used many times to receive packages from UPS. UPS refuses to let me change the address online or by telephone call, they tell me that dish needs to call them and tell them the right address. dish network refuses to call UPS about the address... read more

We have waited patiently for several months to have KOMU restored and our patience is wearing thin. I have read the arguments from both sides and I am convinced the loyal customer is stuck in the middle. This is a review I tried to send but it wouldn't go. So here it is anyway. I signed up and so far, the TV is pretty good, much as I expected. The integrity of the "DISH CO.". leaves a lot to be desired. 1st, I asked if our local networks would be in, HD, at no extra charge. The agent said, absolutely. He also told me that if I agreed to the new service, I would receive a $200.00 cash card, free. I opted to register for Dish network services in 2015, when my husband and I moved to Kansas. I had the services for a little over a year. During that time my marriage was very rocky, and I chose to move out of the home for the safety of myself and my child. Bad, bad, bad! Channels keep disappearing (Dish Network accepts no responsibility) and prices keep going up. Do not fall for their lies. If you are the rudest people that work for Dish Network, they make you an account specialist. I have spoken to three different account specialist and they are demeaning and condescending. I've been with Dish for 15 years and was always a happy camper UNTIL earlier this year. First we lost all the regional Fox Sports channels due to corporate greed as far as I'm concerned. They've been in negotiations for somewhere around 8 months! Give me a break. Then we lost 2 of our local channels and then a 3rd local channel which by the way we pay extra for.
