Not receiving Fox Sports KC/Midwest. This channel is included in MY package, but have never been able to watch it since signing up. I picked this particular service to receive Kansas City Sports, but this service has never had the channel. Dish Network- please fix this issue before MANY customers jump ship.

Was to be here 8-12 now need to reschedule for 2 weeks for a new installment after waiting all day

Our company went with Dish and had everything operating correctly....UNTIL they switched to a paperless system. I have not received a bill or explanation of services. I have requested those mailed to me and they will not. I have requested assistance to go over my bill and staff is UNABLE to provide service. Each service rep I talk to tells me new information. Dish Network is not all it says they are. They say they are tuned into you.....but as a loyal customer of over 14 years, they started taking away channels, and giving new customers more "perks" than anyone who has been with them for a long period of time. When we started with the company, every 3 months we got 4 free new movie tickets that we could watch. after about 5 years, we maybe got 1 every 6 months. Dish network sales practices and customer service is beyond horrible. I was told by the sales person that Fire TV sticks will work with the Hopper, and when the technician came to install they did not work leaving me with no service. When I tried to cancel, I had to talk with 2 rude customer service representatives. What horrible service! On Sept. 1, 2019 our dish antenna was damaged by a wild fire, I contacted Dish Support on the 2nd and was told no Tech could be scheduled until Sept. 17th! I have been a loyal Dish customer for 17 years this is the worst experience for service from any company I have ever had!

Signed up for dish. Told them I wanted the nfl package. At no time did they tell me or in there advertising does it say they are in a fight with Fox Sports. If I had been told that I could not see football right now I would have not signed up with them. They knew that they had no contract with fox since July. I signed up in September.

Dish promised TV and internet for $69.98. They failed to furnish this propaganda. I was told that Internet and TV were all combined into one at a price of $69.98 per month. I was charged and now have to have my credit card company go after them. They lied to me. The robot knew who I was, but the agents kept pointing the finger at *********Satellite and the phone number on my charge came right back to them. BEWARE. You will never get a paper contract. This company was great when I started with them years ago. They started charging for their DVR and other things. I had them on auto pay and when I became suspicious of the billing, I tried to cancel my autopay and could not find a way to do so online. I became so fed up with their updated pricing that I canceled. The day I called to cancel, they told me that their system was down and I would have to call back.
