I was signed up for a price lock guarantee and never received it. I have been in contact with Dish numerous times only to get the run around. The last time I spoke with customer service they supposedly sent an email to corporate headquarters. I am still waiting for a response from them on the issue. The company does nothing for loyal customers who have stayed with them for YEARS. I am sad to say but if you are looking for a TV provider pleases don"t consider DISH as you will be disappointed with them.

DISH Network was 5-Star service until recently. They took away our voice remote service and sold it to Goog;le Assist. Now, after being forced to add Goog Ass to our cell phone, sync up on TV, our voice remote does not function correctly. They need to uninstall this change as we did not agree. We have a contract and unfortunately, they just modified it without our consent.

I never ordered anything from this company. They wouldn’t cancel my installation appointment because I didn’t have the 4 number pin! How could I know it? I never set up an account! They sent the guy anyway out to my house and he wouldn’t leave so I had to close the door on him! I have no idea who put the order in, I’m not even allowed to have dish at my condo! Just ridiculous customer service. I’ll stick with my cable company.

Not getting what we signed up for. I am furious about this ******Assistant feature that is mandatory without any warning or be asked if we want it. I do not want electronic surveillance items in my home. I want my DISH voice command back "WITHOUT" being forced to put an unwanted app on my phone and opening my TV and home to the possibility of being hacked and/or listened to. I signed a 2-year contract back in late April that contained all the local channels. After the installation was completed I realized I didn't have all the local channels, CBS was missing, while in it's place was a video explanation that they were in money negotiations with that channel and working on resolving the issue. I got 3 free months of various packages when I signed up with Dish. I canceled all of the promotions 2 days before they expired and received an email confirming the cancellation. When I got my next bill 2 of the promotions remained and I was charged an extra $20. When I called to complain they verified that the 2 promotions should have been removed and credited the $20. The internet is horrible can’t even watch a video every year we lose a channel we pay extra for dish always blames the network same crap every time will be switching as soon as possible they don’t care for current subscribers more worried about signing up new customers

I would give Dish 5 stars for everything EXCEPT consumer privacy and fraud prevention. My wife and I have been Dish customers at various addresses for a little over 20 years. We have been what you would and should consider great customers. We have paid on time, been low maintenance, contributed roughly $25,000 to your bottom line, and even told others about Dish. If I could give DISH ZERO stars I would. We moved into a new home April 2018. We had problems from the get go. ALL THE TIME! Someone came out and gave us a new "Hopper" and then told us our contract was starting from the beginning. (Ok, I suppose if our issues were going to be resolved ..) THEY HAVE NOT!!
