Liars and theives. I've had enough!!!! Constantly charging me for PPV purchases that I've never made even though I'm the only person in my house!!! I guess someone broke into my house and somehow was able to get my password out of my brain and ordered over $50.00 of PPV! BULLSHIT This continues to happen. YOU ARE THEIVES!!! Cancelling my account and calling to report you to my state attorney general as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS BULLSHIT.

This provider has horrible technical service as well as customer service, I have had to change receivers two times due to them blacking channels out and not coming on at all. The problem has yet to be resolved but want to charge $113.00 a month. I will not be paying my bill and I will be canceling my debit card since they will automatically take money out of your account without telling you! Terrible Provider! Doesn’t even deserve one star!

We received an offer from Dish in the mail saying that they would furnish and professionally install an air antennae at no charge to us. We opted for this and Received one in the mail. We called them for the install and were told that we would have to install ourselves with them walking us through it. STAY AWAY!! The sales rep that I spoke with gave me false information from which I made the decision to have dish tv installed. I was told 1: the hopper duo box I would be receiving was one of the best.... There should be a ZERO star option - this company lies about installation appointment times and then refuses to do anything to compensate customers for having to sit for hours because their technicians don't show up.

I dropped them 5 years ago and at the time I told them to leave me alone. I cannot afford to be paying for tv. they jack up their prices every year, and every time they have a dispute with a tv company. They keep mailing me things about hooking back up with them about 2 a month. I know I would get into another contract with them, I have been shredding a lot of their mail and throwing it away..what a waste of paper. I’ve been with Dish Network for almost 2 years now & I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a company. I pay my bill on time, I’ve never needed help from a technician, I pay extra for protection on my devices & I’ve never used it. I came up on hard times & I needed help. They double bill from auto pay and will not listen to bank or take bank statements or any proof showing they took payments twice. Upon investigation and complaints they say the system shows 1 payment and will not allow you to provide proof showing it was taken twice. When you cancel they charge the fee and even if you take card of file they will repeatedly try to take money from actual bank not the card.
