I wanted to install dish on my house, the person came, did everything, it was done on a morning, by 2:00pm in the afternoon, I had no service, I tried calling buy they never came to my house. Terrible, then I disconnected with them, and I am getting charge $499.67 for services that I never used.

We received a bill on April 15, 2019. The "Bill Creation Date" was "3/10/19." The "Payment Due" is "3/25/19." The bill , I reiterate, was received 4/15/19. We have yet to receive the bill for April as of 4/16/19. They charge $10.71 for a late fee monthly. I do not owe and do not pay unless I have a bill in my possession. This is a scam for Dish Network to defraud me of $10.71 extra each month. STAY AWAY FROM DISH NETWORK!!

Awful customer service. They do not care about you. Service is terrible. If they gave me this for free, I still would NEVER go back.

February of last year I started having issues with my Hopper and Joeys not connecting. Over the next 2 weeks I had 5 or 6 different technicians out to my home all coming up with different issues that it could be and trying to fix it. The third or fourth technician came out with his boss and the problem still wasn’t fixed. I had service with dish for about two years, and the service was good overall. We wanted to cancel our dish satellite service as we do not watch much television anymore. When we called to cancel Dish talked us into pausing our service for a couple months and we agreed. After the two months we tried to call and cancel our service, and they put us on hold once for 20 minutes. SAY NO TO DISH! I canceled my Dish account in December 2018. Dish sent my account to collections via Convergent in the amount of $448 AFTER this amount was taken from my bank account AND equipment was returned in the boxes provided BY DISH with a return shipping label provided BY DISH and a tracking number to track the receipt of equipment returned. I have been a Dish customer for less than 48hours and it has been a complete nightmare... I contacted dish regarding services on 3/21/19 already aware of the package I wanted and the price for new enrollment per the website. They won't allow me to change my billing cycle date and charge $15 every time I call and ask for a one-week extension - just bad business, they're a ripoff, I am very unsatisfied.

Talked with a person on chat was told one thing and had it on transcripts!!! Was then told another thing and the told I was dumb thinking they could do that and that in which I was told the first Time then on top of that was told I should feel lucky they would help me that much. Then would not connect me to superviser or give me a number to call. I called and it took 2 hours then they acted like they did not care said they cannot look up chats and would not let me send them the ones I have.
