I signed a 2 year contract 9/17 for all local channels and Fox Sports. We lost chanell 4 July 1 2019 and now we lost Fox Sports. Dish has broken a signed contract to provide service to me for 2 years!!

3 different so called technicians, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday this week and my satellite tv is still losing signal randomly throughout the day on random receivers, sometimes 2 or 3 of 4 at once. I am paying for service I’m not receiving. Why can’t they fix my issue? How many times does someone have to come out before this is fixed? This is unacceptable but they still expect full payment. One foot out the door with Dish ....... Ridiculous

Apparently, DISH does *******Washer repairs. It has been 2 months and 4 appointments and still no has shown up. *******will also be getting a bad rating from me for their inability to outsource to a reputable company.

Complete signal loss error message keeps appearing. Service will resume and then this message keeps coming back. Tech on the phone not able to help.

Beware when you send in equipment returns after discontinuing service with Dish. We sent all back in their prepaid ***package. Was notified a month later that there was a router missing. (Why would we want to keep a router from Dish when we discontinued service?) I argued with them for months and finally was told that they would credit the $106 for the router. This was two years ago. We were lied to when the “sales person” discussed dish service with us. We were assured we would receive ALL the stations with America’s Top 200 package which we currently had with Directv. ****is the #1 station I watch as I am a baseball fan. Within about 2 weeks of switching ****is no longer available on DISHtv. Since we had to sign a 2 year contract we are stuck. Since we are senior citizens and live in a retirement community, I feel we were targeted as easy to take advantage.

I called into dish to setup services, which was a nightmare. I had to pay a deposit he went on to say if I can get someone else to set it up for me It maybe be lower. I advised I would call back he goes on to say why not right now. I advised that my friend wasn’t around . He goes on to say I hear people in the back, which were my children. Awful service. Charged me a early cancellation fee after being a paying customer for five years. They could not provide a technician for over two weeks so I found alternative. Now they charge me early termination fee because I adjusted my viewing choices 19 months ago. Never DISH

I cancelled my service in June of 2017 but Dish continued to Bill me for two more months. I moved out of state. I spent hours on hold trying to talk to someone only to be transferred then cutoff again. When you select that you want to disconnect your service they will not allow you to talk to anyone to disconnect it. I cancelled thru the provider that furnished my dish when i moved but Dish refused to cancel until I spoke to them but then refused to allow me to speak to anyone.
