I decided to cancel my Dish account because I found a better deal. I called them and asked that my service be cancelled and was totally aware of the early termination fee. The person I spoke with was very chatty about the weather and went on for more time than I thought was necessary. We had many problems with dish. We call them many times and when a technician comes out here. He doesn’t fix the problem. We had dish for 3 months it never worked right. Takes 3 weeks to get a technician out here and they can’t solve the issue.
Would leave no star if possible. Long story short, get streaming. Few weeks ago, my bedroom dish joey went out and dish agreed to send me anew one. While waiting I tried using the dish anywhere service and could not. Upon contacting dish for several days via messages, chat and phone, issue could not be resolved. We signed up with dish a few months ago and have had several issues with the screen freezing up and watching movies on demand. We have sent a email on our complaint and haven’t received a response.

Dish network says customers are number 1 and strive to do best well I have had dish since spring of 2019 I have had to have dish technicians out 5 x since and its July 2019 2 of them times they cancelled and had not even bothered to call and let the customer know. And when you tell them to disconnect the service they want a early termination fee. I am very dissatisfied with dish network and their work I have not had good TV service since day 1 .

I called to find a package for internet. Talked to multiple people. Was pressured into having a technician come to my home. We hadn't fully agreed to sign up with them. So when the technician showed up we told him we weren't interested. I asked to cancel. They still charged me 49.99. Took it out of my bank account without my knowledge. Still to this day I haven't recieved a refund of my money. I'm not happy and I've tried to resolve this many times. With no success. Do not use dish. I will never use them ever.

Horrible, install person never showed. My time got pushed back and I was not notified till I called 40min after they was supposed to be installing equipment. Then when the tech called and stated she is on her way she never showed and I was never contacted saying something came up. When I called Dish they told me it would be another 7-10 days to come out!
I chose to use Dish Network when I bought a home in Tampa, FL as I had used them before and they were much cheaper than the local cable companies. For the first year or so I had no issues. After that, both my TV's stopped working around the same time as each other and I was without for about 4-6 months. No big deal, it happens.
