I got Dish on June 3 2019. Since that time it has gone out 13 times, lost internet 15 times, called them numerous times. Had technician come back to the house and he said everything was fine. The least little wind or rain and this thing goes out. Perfectly clear day no wind no clouds and it goes out. I called to have disconnected and was told they would charge me $480.00 for the contract. I contacted ********communications beginning of May 2019 and was offered a bundle including DISH TV/ High speed internet and land line. Just FYI - I don't want to give them even One Star... I am so disappointed with DISH tv... My mom saw an ad and wanted to go to a "service" vs "antenna" and we went with DISH. We knew we were agreeing to a $150.00 installation fee but that was also a $49.99 fee that we were not aware of. I called to inform dish I would not be continuing service with them several times prior to the end of my contract date, they continued to charge me and refused to refund the money. It got so bad calling customer service that I started recording the calls, I was promised refunds then call back 7 Days Later and start all over again. I recently signed up for Dish Network four days ago(Saturday). The installer came out the next day and hooked everything up. The saleswoman on the phone told me that they would be able to remove two dishes that were on the roof of the house when coming to install the satellite. These were installed some time before by the previous owner. That was one of the main reasons I signed up with them. For the convenience. They were not removed. My 90 year old mother gave up on trying to call them when she lost certain channels, so she asked me to. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They wanted us to check everything and we did a bunch of times, including "can you tell if there's any blockage on the dish"....without going up there, NO! Received DISH bill that was significantly higher than usual. Spoke to Customer Service and was told she was able to reduce to level that was slightly above my previous amount but I had to make a 2 year commitment. I agreed but subsequent bill is still at the very high rate. Deceptive and dishonest business practices but now I would have to pay a huge penalty to discontinue service. Would not recommend.

I filed a review on here last week when I found fraudulent charges on my account for PPV that is locked and password protected. No one has the password but me. We have had DishNet internet service for many years now and our service speed is only 7Mbps. I was so excited to receive a mailer that stated Dish was offering "Blazing-fast internet, Speeds from 25Mbps-1Gbps, No Matter Where You Live, Now with Unlimited Data".
