I had dish for close to 10 years, I never missed a payment, I was a loyal customer. But when I lost my job of over 20 years I called to cancel dish, they would not let me out of a so-called contract which I never actually signed. I called to exchange a receiver 7 years into my time with Dish and they automatically signed me into a new contract for two years which was unfair/ unjust. I never signed anything, or agreed to this. Worst Customer Service around. After talking to several Customer Service Reps and being insulted by issuing me a .49 cent credit to a $40 dollar credit and a Supervisor telling me he was to busy to talk to me, and our service was going to be shut off because I told them I was not paying the bill until the problem was fixed because I'm not paying for something I am not receiving. I have been a Dish customer for 11 years. As of this year it has been horrible, we loose more than we see. If it rains, storms, whatever, we loose it and Dish is out for hours at a time. I hate this but that is not the best. Today June 20, 2017, a call came in to my home, it was automated and said your Dish bill has not been paid. When they gave the web site to go to, I hung up. I called Dish Network to get a quote on a package deal because we are moving to a new location and cannot get our current cable co. I had to go through the automatic phone message six times (not stretching it) and talked to six different customer service people and still could not be quoted a $ number or even if we could get a package without calling back after they checked out the new location even though it is only six miles from our current location. The place was Dish Network in Evansville, IN The persons were helpful and nice, but the install and what I was told- was not what happened. I requested that the dishes be mounted on the towers that I have here already, but they decided on my roof. I was told they would not leak (yet to be determined). When I asked why my roof, and not the towers, I was told he did not bring a bucket truck! Have had service for a few months. in the past month and a half there have been several issues and the company has been unable to fix the issues and cannot do anything to fix it except repeating the same processes over and over. Will only upgrade service if i pay half of upgrade service to try to fix problem.

I Have been with dish for about 8 years now I am on a pay as you go service , if on the bill due date I don't pay my service the next day it gets disconnected so this means I go with out service until I pay witch usually will restore my service with just paying the amount due just like a prepaid ...I have my service from NY witch I transferred to FL and this is the second time dish tries to charge me for service while I didn't have service , As I said is a pay as you go contract anyways they say my bill was due 5/6 and I hav... read more

Y experience with dish has been horrible they are the only ones that service my area all operators are rude and don't listen call recorded for what they obviously don't listen to call Candice 9eu I had to ask several victor got on the line like he is supervisor said he would take a not on the matter, these oversea call operators who cannot speak English big corporate can avoid paying US dollars we as the people need to stop get run over by bid companies

I have been a Dish Customer for over 8 years. I pay a monthly rate to have working equipment from them, but the equipment recently started to fail. When I called for help, I was sent the same model Hopper that I already had (which is obviously old). That box did not work. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service and was transferred multiple times. I spent an additional 2 hours trying to swap out the boxes. They told me I needed an ethernet cord to transfer the recordings on the hard drive. I got one, it didn't... read more
