I cancelled my account after asking for Internet connection.I was told I do not qualify due to my lack of payment.My account had been current for several months. I used them for over 2.5 years. I was charged $280 early termination fee??They took the money out of my account on rent week.NOT HAPPY

Worse company to deal with! It all started about 2 years after being with fish for 10 years we lost complete signal We called they said that they changed their network and they might have to change the dish location! I subscribe to dish. Before I made my first payment the called to inform me my dvr needed updated. When I set this up I gave them $150.00 to hold for six months for the most up dated system. They wanted another $150.00 to hold for six months for another upgrade. Today they called and wanted $150.00 for a hold to get a software upgrade. This is so wrong that that want$150.00 to hold for 6 months for any upgrade while I have a contract with them. I think they want this to put in a 6 month CD and give it back. When I spoke with you by telephone today, I apologized and advised you that you were not contacted by DISH Network. We do not require payments to hold for equipment and we do not charge for software updates. For security purposes, I established a new account for you.
Quite a few months ago DISH Network has been sending "friendly reminders" to my computer that I have used my designated minutes for my internet package. This is something I can check myself on their webpage, but it doesn't matter to me what I use or when I use it. I live in the country and my internet service is so slow that you cannot tell the difference in high speed and low speed. I have been with Dish Network on and off for the past 25 years and the service that they provide via their satellite is horrible. When it is cloudy, drizzles or rains we lose our signal. I had a technician tell me that I needed to have a tree trimmed to correct the problem. I went one step further and spent $1000 to have the tree removed and it didn't help I have a contract with dish, due to moving, and I am going to be trying to get out of the thing and go with another provider. I changed service providers for my television service after many years with Dish Network as there were better options to bundle services. I contacted Dish prior to my new billing period starting July 20th and explained that my equipment had been disconnected and I needed to return the disconnected equipment. Dish has not changed tactics at all Dish has breached its contract with me 2 years at 89.99I have now been paying 109.99 . I had six months to go on my contract they charged me 202.00 to get out the remained of my breached contract. This company has zero intergrity.I did not know about the suit but I can say that at 7/20/2017 the tactics have not changed. Be aware this company will rob you of every nickle they can get. I have been a customer of Dish Network for 1 year and 2 months under a 2 year contract. When the technician came out to install my service he told me there was only one location to install the satellite due to all the trees in my yard. He cut down tree limbs and leaves making it accessible. Little did I realize these limbs and leaves would grow back the following spring. So i contacted Dish in April about the my signal loss.
