I have had dish a long time in the past 3 years I have had numerous problems with hopper Joeys and they sent me a new hopper and they charge me expedited shipping when they promised they wouldn't charge me so tired of them probably going to paint my extra early termination and get rid of them
I have been with dish for over 10 years. When we moved into our new house the technician did not know what he was doing. He left wires loose all over my house, multiple holes covered with plates. He did not connect the second DVR at all. The wires have not fallen in front of the Garage and Dish wants to charge me to clean up the mess. The bolts this guy put in the house are falling out and wires are falling down. He let the house in a mess and dish could care less.
Dish network has again taken a channel from the flex package with no warning or explanation . When I first got this package they talked about how great it was and all the channels we would get. Since then they took WGN Chicago out with no explanation then the Justice channel on channel 252 again no explanation and two days ago they took the Reelz channel again no explanation . DISH network is the most difficult company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. After 3 years of on time payments..I have been trying to have my service discontinued. All I get is the run around and hard solicitation for my renewal. Now...another bill has been generated after I followed their scrambled directives... I will watch old reel to reel 35mm before I use them again. HORRIBLE
The awful service began on day one when I paid DISH TV $200 to install a flat panel TV in my Bedroom. The tech showed up with no work order for a install of a flat panel and didn't have the mount to even install it. At that time I cancelled the flat panel install and to this day DISH has not refunded me that money! I recently moved and had to cancel my service. It was the end of my 2 year contract (4/10/17) so I notified the DISH one month ahead. The person I spoke with was rude and made me very uncomfortable. When my services were disconnected, I still got a bill on line. I had paperless billing and automatic payments to reduce the cost of services. I called and was told that I would not be charged for the month of the billing (April 10-May 10.) I have been a Dish Network customer for 20 years. on my last contract, i was way overcharged by dish and one of their operators Ruebon, op # SED, agreed with the overages, however stated there was no avenue for him to credit my acct for these overages. My cc considered it a fradulant charges and stopped the auto pay,my services were immediately disconnected from my home by dish, even though they had taken almost $1000.00 without my consent. I guess this company doesn't need customers. I just canceled my new service because they didn't even bother to show up for their installation appointment, and nor did they even call.
DISH Network pulled local channels owned by Hearst Television in early March. Subscribers are paying DISH to get local programming and many don't have an over-the-air option. As a customer I entered in to an agreement with DISH and I pay my bill every month, on time. DISH is no longer honoring this agreement when they pulled one of my local channels.
