I pay my mothers cable bill along with others, I called and the price was what I could afforded. They told me I had 3month free of hbo and so on, they never let me know I had to call and cancel or they would just charge for all those TV channels. She watches two local channels only. You would think they would have a way to check and refund me my money.
This Business entered me into a new 2 year Contract without telling me. They installed a new box in my house, but did not tell me that it would lock me into another 2 year contract. As soon as my 2 year contract is up I will be ending my business with them. They are very misleading.
Dish has cut the following channels Pivot, Chiller, PBS, and now NBC. Our bill keeps going up, and up, and Dish keeps cutting shows that we are paying for. This is unfair, it's not right, and it needs to stop. The number one show Little Big Shots is coming back on NBC, and Dish is cutting the show. Sick, and tired of it, and something needs to be done. 5 dollar credit ins't going to solve the problem when the bill is over 150.00.
