I have dish network in some vacation homes I own. Both my receivers went bad this last may and june so I sent them back in their boxes as indicated and was told at the UPS store to hang on to my receipts because they almost always come back and say you didn't return your equipment! So I hung on to the receipts and sure enough I received an email 3 months later that I hadn't returned one of them. I am currently on a 30 minute hold with them. In my last message, I advised you that I was only able to find one account with the information provided. For that account, our records reflect that a replacement receiver was shipped to you on April 2, 2017, and the defective receiver was received on April 17, 2017. I keep getting error code 1305. Twice I had technicians come out. I've had every single receiver changed and I'm still getting them. I called Dish and told them to just cancel since my contract was up in 5 months. They told me there would be a $100 fee even though I can't watch anything. What a freaking ripoff.

You said that you experienced technical issues, which led you to disconnect your DISH Network account. You requested to have your early termination fee waived. When we spoke, I advised you that we normally request more of an opportunity to resolve any technical issues; however, I waived your $80.00 fee as a courtesy.

I referred a friend to Dish Network. He forgot to tell them about the referral code at time of initial phone call due to being overwhelmed with several questions. Upon install he made sure to mention the referral code. He spoke to a customer service representative over the phone who promised that he and I would both still receive the echo dots for the referral as their campaign alleged. I have contracted with Dish for telephones service. I telephoned their service problem center with no telephone service at my location. Dish made an appointment for today from 9:45 to 1:45. With a now show, called them again... delayed for 5 hours. Called them again with a no show. Now delayed for ~24 hours. This has created much inconvenience for us and our pets. I have been a customer of Dish for much more than 10 years

After 5 years service with dish network we decided to switch back to directv. When calling to cancel service with dish network I was shocked at the ridiculous manner of them trying to keep me as a customer. I have never been treated so bad and rude by a company who claims to want to keep me as a customer. The tactics used are absolutely ridiculous and out of line. For someone who would of returned in the future, I will not now.

DISH is a wonderful business. I recently filed a complaint against DISH, they were very prompt in responding and were willing to go the extra mile to make it right. After reaching a suitable solution, they even sent me cookies from Mrs. F***** as an additional token for everything I experienced.

Worse experience ever. Been a customer for 19 years now and and a problem with my equipment and a tech was sent the agent on the phone was telling me it will be a charge but then looked at my account and shoes that it was very old and said i will waive this for you. So a few weeks later i got the bill and saw the charge so i called and the denied the whole thing. i asked them to listen to the recorded phone call but still nothing they denied everything. Think twice before choosing dish for anything.

I have had DISH for 11 years and been very pleased. Not any more! As of November 2016 their company has gone down hill. I was given bad information when I had to have 2 accounts for 8 months. Paid a account on hold gee of $5 a month for two months just to find I had to cancel the first account (11 year account) because the newer account was in a two year contract (part of misinformation from November and when we were told to but old account on hold). The sales agent with whom you spoke when you initiated your new account recommended that when you moved from your apartment, you move your new account to retain the promotions you were receiving. My first conversation was with the Supervisor Jen 2PM She said and I Quote after complaining about my bill. " you have service with us before so you know how this goes." That was her way to explain after I said I was with you before I had no late payments and always was on time. So she gave me an answer that told me my question was going to never be answered.
