When I first signed up with Dish back in September of 2017 I was told that I would get what is known as a refer a friend Credit as I had given a family members code and was referred by my family member. Months went by and no credit so I called I was told that my code was listed and that they would fix it and I would be getting it. I've had dish for 3 years, now i cancelled it and they sent the return box and all, But the thing is, THEY PUT IT ON/UP, im a disabled woman. they expect me to be responsible for taking the ''eyes'' off the dish!! I cannot get it off and have called and they dont give flying f***!!!!!!! The man said ask someone to take it off for u? Well, seems to me if they put it up for me they can come get the dam thing. I will be complaining to the bbb about this and the ADA!!! What assholes!! NEVER AGAIN!!

On March 25, 2017 I had discocion with supervisor Julian ID RFI. Promised crate ticket and bring this to the next level. Dish has a scam going on. I had talked with a rep about getting Dish set up at my house. The tv pa page was 49.99 a month. I asked about internet and the rep said it would be another 29.99 to add internet. I asked the rep to give me the total for everything, what would my monthly payments be with all fees and taxes. Due to Cancer I had to temporarily relocate to Phoenix, AZ from Missouri for an operation on my lung. I suspended my Dish account. I was told it would be suspended for 6 months. I sent my equipment back to Dish and purchased a portable Dish antenna for my RV. I paid these Dish bills until I came back to Missouri. I then reactivated my account with Dish in Missouri. This might be the most crooked television company that I have ever worked with. I switched to DISH network from Comcast because of the growing cost of my cable subscription. I am outraged by the customer service at Dish network. I ordered services for four TV’s on Saturday, November 18th 2017. I then paid a deposit of 120 dollars. The technician came this morning to install services. When he arrived he was under the impression it was for one TV. I explained to him I would have never ordered services for just one TV and he called Dish. Dish Network could not resolve with Windstream the fact that they owed me a bill credit. I called a month in advance to cancel my service of hbo, cinemax, starz etc. My dish bill should have only been $1.02 for the month of november because of my bill credits. But because Dish Tv dropped the ball and accepted the payment of $133.90 from windstream. Windstream now feels that i owe them $214.75.
