This company work take money out of your account unauthorized ... Stay a way

On November 13, 2017, we received your review, dated November 10, 2017, filed with the Better Business Bureau. You said that DISH Network collected a payment without your authorization. When we spoke, I informed you that DISH Network received no funds from you. Our records indicate that you initiated an account through an independent retailer, Go Dish, but then you cancelled your installation. On 6-19-17 I called Dish Network to cancel my subscription. I was told by the Dish rep it would be a good idea to put my service on hold in case my new provider didn't perform up to my satisfaction. He said there would be a $5.00 charge per month that would show up on my bill but when I called in to fully cancel my Dish service it would be waived, not true. I called in to cancel my service and they are charging me the $5.00 per month "service hold" charge and will not waive it.

I made a call to Dish for my elderly parents to add a channel for them; needless to say, I got talked into signing up with them at my home after they offered a great dealon saving money from Direct TV. I was told by the agent to NOT contact Direct TV until after my installation. I called Direct TV the next morning to cancel to find out I was in a contract and would be charged a fee to cancel over a year early. Buyer be aware!! Do NOT even consider DISH NETWORK!! They are the most deceitful business I've ever had to deal with! From their ads to their " customer no service" to their billing, all I got was lies. I signed up for one price only to receive a Bill for almost double that price. They never mentioned my sign up price didn't include all the equipment fees. There is a separate fee for each JOEY receiver, (3) in my case, the Hopper DVR , and then if you record programs, and later reduce your package to one that doesn't include... read more

I got dish latino service from dish network. I did it by calling windstream which is an internet provider that provides also dish tv as bundles. I spoke with in spanish, and they never explained about a contract of 2 years. When the guy came to do the installation, he did not speak spanish, so I signed in his phone something. I thought it was a receipt for the installation. The tv signal was very poor and when raining there was no signal at all. I had a two-year contract with DISH, but had to sell my house because I was relocating out of the area for a new job. I called DISH to cancel. They were very nice and sent a box back to return one piece of equipment (the Joey Hopper). They indicated I did not need to return the other piece of equipment. I also agreed to pay the termination fee over a 12 month period. 14 months later, they were still billing me for the termination fee so I called to stop that. When I signed up for Dish I had their 3 month promo of premium channels during this time I recorded a number of movies from the premium channels. At the end of the trial period I canceled the promos. When I attempted to watch the movies I found they were blocked with a dish message number 371. In order to watch the recorded channels I would have to pay an extortion fee of $5 a month for each of the premium channels I had canceled. Dish network is a TV ripoff provider. They advertise Watch Dish Anywhere it is “ false” a “lie” Away from home login into my Dish Anywhere account all channels I subscribe were not in the guide. i am extremly dissappointed in dish ,i have been a customer for16 yrs, they cut my programming and raised my rates.what i lost in channels is wholsome entertainment,,but of course i lost fox news,,they are bias against fx news wholesome entertainment,,dish you suck, you cry babies,,whooo hoo were losing money,,give me a break,,dish is anti republican,anti family values,,
