I was sold a Polk audio system by a Dish technician that was at my house to install a tv wall mount. After a few days it became clear the system was defective and troubleshooting could not fix the issue. Buyer beware! I have spent hours on the phone through a dozen or more calls trying to close my account. My service has been disconnected for two months, but they won't close my account and they continue to add monthly service charges. Now they say they'll send my account to collections if I don't pay.

Dish improperly deleted key channels in the middle of a two-year agreement, even though hey are still available under a more expensive package!

We canceled Direct tv instead they put us on hold, then continued to charge us for services not received. They did nothing to help resolve this they just wanted their money. They claimed we resigned up, yet no technician came to reinstall our service./
You advertise that you get voice remote with the hopper 3 but when you call them they say it’s only for new customers so you kicking your old customers under the Bus I have been a good customer for 20 years

Last year roughly around May 2017 My husband and I set up services with Dish Network with our new house we were renting. We were sold into a great package but it did require us to purchase internet. I was with dish network for over 4 years. I just to cancel the services, and the account representative told me that I still had a contract. For 2 more years. Just told yeah right! I sing for two years how is that possible. They just told me it was a verbal contract. Lol Verbal contact anyone could called. No way I will be paying for a “VERBAL CONTRACT”

I have been a dish customer for over seven years .As of June we decided to update our account, meaning we have to make a two year contract. Then two weeks later Dish removes Univision, and other channels. I called today to cancel their services, in order to cancel I need to pay $360 plus the shipping for their equipment. Dish network has the most unprofessional customer service representatives. I encountered a representative that was not only arrogant and informal, but he was very sarcastic about my account and also questioned my personal life and finances. I did not get anything accomplished but a closed account and smart remarks about returning the equipment. I would not recommend anyone that is paying their money to invest in dish networks services.
