Horrible customer service - sent a tech out to bury a cable, he didn't even have a spade to trench it in. My 82 year old aunt had to dig a spade out for the man. Took a year and a half to get out to even bury the cable. Avoid this company at all cost.

Less than 1 Star doesn’t offer any Houston sport packages and lost hbo and all att channels. They are the worst, terrible software platform.

They are really ugly when you call to cancel. Was spoken to like I was stupid. I did not appreciate having to redirect the guy many times and ultimately argue with him to get what I needed done. He reminded me that he was "not customer service." I've been a customer for many years. This was thankless.

Dishnet has repeatedly violated contract agreements and fiduciary commitments to us. They regularly allow interruptions of service to its customers for their own financial gain. This latest stunt includes dishnet,llc allowing its customers to lose a premium shannel of hbo/Cinemax. We sincerely hope the DOJ forces dishnet,llc to replace hbo to its paying customers. Terrible, I mean TERRIBLE, customer service. I have been a long time customer with Dish. I haven't had many issues, until I called to cancel. We only planned on cancelling for about a year, we had decided to go without TV and other luxury subscriptions for a time in order to pay some things off. I was given sales pitch after sales pitch - even though they knew I wanted to cancel. I just contacted DISH Network about canceling my service now that my 2 year contract is complete. NOW that i'm canceling their service they charge you $15.00 for each box to return their equipment. If you have any of their leased equipment in more than 1 room that is $15.00 per room. Though there is nothing stating this in their contract, so beware if you have DISH NETWORK or plan to have DISH NETWORK.

price negotiated in Sept. 2018, was told the rate would not increase for 1 year. Received price increase in Oct. Contacted Dish and was told there was nothing they could do. They received an increase and passed it on. Cannot be trusted.

I wanted to switch from directtv to dish I call for some questions and immediately get asked for a credit card?????so I hang up and do there chat, same thing, immediately and repeatably asked for my email and address before answering my questions, they are obviously selling my information and this type of customer service is terrible !!!!!!
