RecommendedWarranty, repairs and service
RecommendedII was a little afraid after reading the reviews but they were great. Needed the 3 year old fridge repaired and they were out within a couple of days. Very friendly lady that set up the appointment, they called day of appointment to let me know the time frame and service man called when he was on his way, I would highly recommend.

I wish when they came out to repair my washer they would have done a better job of trying to find the problem, after $270 visit with part the washer still had same problem , now the parts to fix it are no longer available, so now I have to start looking for a new one.

I ordered a microwave that they were unable to get from the manufacturer. I cancelled the order and was told I'd get my refund check in the mail in 7-10 business days. 21 business days later, I called asking where my check was. It hadn't been processed yet. Then I was told it'd be another 7-10 business days. That was unacceptable and I informed them I'd be in in 3 days to get my money. I arrived today to be told the check is in the mail. Excuses, excuses, excuses is all I've gotten here. Apologies don't put the money I'm owe... read more
