RecommendedOur dryer stopped late Friday evening. Called and left a message with the customer service department. They returned the call at 8:15 am Saturday morning. Put us in the list. Matt called about 9:30 am. Came over and discovered that the timing know was broken. Exchanged the broken know with another know on the dryer that we don’t use, and we are back in business. I went in there for new appliances for my new home I just bought I had just gotten a substantial settlement on a lawsuit. I hurss I looked too poor for their new appliances cuz she very condescendingly directed me to the oldest cheapest used appliance they had hidden. I left there and went straight to menards. Never assume!!

I purchased all new appliances from DVD for our new construction home. I purchased refrigerator, oven, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave,washer and dryer. received an online quote from dick van dyke for a washer and dryer set. went into the springfield store with every intent to purchase either that set or another one. the "salesperson" quickly dismissed the quote and said "kristin is in the repair department and i don't know why she is sending out quotes - we don't even have that model number". the quote is 2 days old. basically exuded a "fuck you go elsewhere" attitude. we did. we purchased an upgraded set for less money. so much for buying local.
