I worked with Sarah Shaffner and had the best experience I could have possibly asked for. I must have asked every question, and she had every answer. I can't tell you how many diamonds I looked at to find the perfect one. If I wanted to see something, they'd bring it to me from another location. If they didn't have it, they'd find it. Met my seriously high expectations. Best experience ever....oh, and she said yes!
Our experience was at DC Easton. Bill Johnson is probably one of the nicest salesmen I have met. He has most certainly made me a customer for life. I had always viewed the DC as a more expensive jeweler, even though the commercials say otherwise. Truth be told they are not more expensive than any jeweler I shopped including the Kay's and Jared's. The difference was the quality. I absolutely love my engagement ring custom made from Diamond Cellar. They also turned my sizing around in only a few short days. We loved them so much we bought our wedding bands there during wedding band weekend as well.
Recently purchased a engagement ring from Remo Remias. I was nervous and unsure of what I needed and was looking for. Remo took the time to explain a diamond and all the nuances that go into a good one. He put a rush on getting the diamond set and stayed in touch to let me know when the ring was completed. Bought my diamond stone there 2 years ago, absolutely the experience, the time the gentleman took to help us find the best diamond for my ring. I had my setting already just needed a beautiful stone. Once we bought the stone The Diamond Cellar placed the stone for me into my setting, absolutely gorgeous! Every purchase should be as easily executed as mine was, and it was done entirely by Twitter and phone.
