I had no idea what to expect when we came in over the weekend to get 2 watches fixed. Allison Bratton greeted us with a warm welcome! I fell in love with a beautiful necklace I'd love to wear on my wedding day. She didn't hesitate once to let me try this beautiful piece on. When I came into tonight to pick up my Fiancee watch she not only remembered my name, but asked how our family was in Puerto Rico! The staff is welcoming and very friendly! They treat everyone walking in the door as if they are old friends and looking to spend a million dollars or simply browsing. I can do my own watch battery changes but their prices are cheap and I can browse their selection of watches and jewelry while I wait.
THANK YOU Diamond Cellar and Gabe for helping us out yesterday! The chain to a necklace my daughter's late husband gave her broke. We have a special event today that she wanted it for and she was devastated! Gabe worked it out so it got fixed while I waited! THANK YOU for saving the day!
My husband purchased my engagement ring here an we had excellent service then my wedding band 2 stones fell out instead of having to keep coming back they are making me a brand new ring in house to assure this problem will not happen again. Great customer service happy customer here!!
