Natalie Potts was amazing! We went to another jeweler and it was not a great experience, I actually left there not being excited about shopping for engagement rings. Natalie changed all that! She spend so much time helping my fiancé and I create my ring as I really wanted to do something less traditional. It turned out perfect!

I would highly recommend The Diamond Cellar. You will not be disappointed! My husband and I got our wedding bands here. We couldn't find quite the perfect fit, so we were very excited they were able to do custom work. We worked with Daniel who was phenomenal! He was very personal and really listened to what we wanted. Daniel and Igor helped my sister and I create some custom pieces with some stones from my mother's jewelry. She is terminally ill and this was a time sensitive project as we wanted to be able to share these pieces with her. We appreciated their creativity and sensitivity.
The epitome of great service. I can stop anytime and get my beautiful wedding and engagement rings cleaned and they are always kind and professional. This visit the consultant took my watch and bracelet, two pieces I love but no where near as expensive as my rings and she cleaned those too! I didn't even ask. Maybe I need to figure a way to treat myself to something new and sparkly...!

I went to Diamond Cellar for my fiance's engagement ring and wedding band and had a fantastic experience. We worked with Gabe Simms. He was great to work with and genuinely interested in making sure we found exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure and he always listened thoroughly and made thoughtful recommendations. I would highly recommend the Diamond Cellar and especially Gabe. I know I will be going back to him anytime I am purchasing jewelry in the future.
