My husband had my engagement ring designed at the sawmill road store. I love love love it! It is beautiful, have not had any issues and i have had it for almost 3 years
A friend of mine recommended me to the Diamond Cellar and specifically, Daniel. Daniel did an awesome job of working with us and answering everyone of Allie and I's questions. He was extremely helpful with keeping us posted on the status of our design of the ring, as well as working with us to ensure we got the resized ring back quickly. I loved my experience with the Diamond Cellar off Sawmill. After buying a used engagement ring from a co-worker, I had no idea what to do. I've had my eye on a watch for over a year. Daniel was never pushy and probably thought I would never pull the trigger. He would stay in touch and send me different new and preowned models every once and awhile. I pulled the trigger and he got it shipped to me immediately. Things are sometimes hard to buy over the phone. However, Daniel made everything so easy. Highly recommend if in the market for a nice watch!
