The service here is great! I worked with Gabe Simms to pick out an engagement band and he was able to get the stone set and the band sized super quickly. They do everything in-house, so they can turn stuff around quickly.
The diamond cellar won my heart and fiancés. I've heard crazy stories about Kay Jewelers or somewhere else and how they swap out your stones. You don't have to worry about the Diamond Cellar. Everyone I've talked to has been super helpful and can answer any question you might have. My fiancé got my engagement ring there and we went there for our wedding bands. We are so thrilled with our experience with Natalie! When shopping for my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands, she was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient while we really figured out what we wanted. And, she was tons of fun! Anytime we stop in to pick up a ring or get a ring cleaned, it feels like we're stopping in to see an old friend!

I love this place! It is so elegant & inviting! My fiancé & I had so much fun ring shopping a few months ago with Gabe Simms. He made picking out a ring so easy & pressure free!! I knew exactly what I wanted after I tried on a few bands. I got an even more beautiful ring than I expected, & a perfect fit too! 😍 Also, everyone that has seen my ring since the engagement always makes a comment on how unique & beautiful my ring is. I'm excited to go back & get wedding bands with Gabe again! ☺️

I stopped in the Diamond Cellar on Sawmill back in January looking for engagement rings. Inna was great in helping me find exactly what I wanted. I bought the ring within the hour. She was very helpful with the process and my fiance loved the ring that I picked out. I was lucky enough to go back in and speak with Inna again when it came time to start looking at the bands. She was great at giving us ideas on what to pair the ring with. I hope to see her again when we go in to make the final purchase.
Gabe Simms took great care of us. My wife and I, whom I married this past May, took a day off earlier this week to purchase rings to commemorate our union. Gabe greeted us with a friendly smile and escorted us upstairs, which is dedicated entirely for wedding and engagement rings.
