I could not be more pleased with our experience at the diamond cellar. Jeannie was extremely helpful picking out a new setting for my engagement ring. I trusted them throughout the whole process. I am thankful to have a jewelry store we can trust!
I love this place! It is so elegant & inviting! My fiancé & I had so much fun ring shopping a few months ago with Gabe Simms. He made picking out a ring so easy & pressure free!! I knew exactly what I wanted after I tried on a few bands. I got an even more beautiful ring than I expected, & a perfect fit too! 😍 Also, everyone that has seen my ring since the engagement always makes a comment on how unique & beautiful my ring is. Jeanne Doyle and Duncan were awesome to deal with. They both took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and helped me to get a better perspective of how my thoughts would look as a ring. I'm so happy with the final product and couldn't praise them enough. Well done Diamond Cellar!
I stopped in the Diamond Cellar on Sawmill back in January looking for engagement rings. Inna was great in helping me find exactly what I wanted. I bought the ring within the hour. She was very helpful with the process and my fiance loved the ring that I picked out. I was lucky enough to go back in and speak with Inna again when it came time to start looking at the bands. She was great at giving us ideas on what to pair the ring with. I hope to see her again when we go in to make the final purchase.
Gabe Simms took great care of us. My wife and I, whom I married this past May, took a day off earlier this week to purchase rings to commemorate our union. Gabe greeted us with a friendly smile and escorted us upstairs, which is dedicated entirely for wedding and engagement rings. Natalie Potts was amazing! We went to another jeweler and it was not a great experience, I actually left there not being excited about shopping for engagement rings. Natalie changed all that! She spend so much time helping my fiancé and I create my ring as I really wanted to do something less traditional. It turned out perfect!

I would highly recommend The Diamond Cellar. You will not be disappointed! My husband and I got our wedding bands here. Daniel and Igor helped my sister and I create some custom pieces with some stones from my mother's jewelry. She is terminally ill and this was a time sensitive project as we wanted to be able to share these pieces with her. We appreciated their creativity and sensitivity.
